We’re a Shortlisted Finalist in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2022!

We’re delighted to share the news that we’ve been shortlisted as a Pet Insurance Provider of the Year finalist in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2022.

Consumers play a vital part in the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards and this year was no different, with over 120,000 individuals having their say on over 140 separate organisations.

The shortlists are first assessed by Moneyfacts’ highly qualified research team who, using a strict set of criteria, drill down into the small print of each provider’s product range to measure their technical strengths and weaknesses. Only the companies that offer the best products go on to form the shortlist.

The shortlists are then tested in consumer surveys, which cover personal, household and family finance. The consumers score the providers that they have had experience with, in each relevant category. This second stage helps to decide the overall result, so the consumer contribution really influences who comes out on top.
